Rooted in Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, this program is tailored to seasonal transitions and your individual needs.

 

During this 10 week seasonal journey, you will learn to support yourself in new and empowering ways so you can connect more deeply to yourself and feel more like YOU than ever before!

As the seasons transition, we too experience changes that can leave us feeling erratic, unbalanced, or ungrounded. I'm here to guide you and help you create your toolbox of resources for seasonal support!

This program will be held for 10 weeks each season Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.

As a certified Ayurvedic Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher, I embrace a holistic and compassionate approach to wellness. My practice combines therapeutic yoga, mindful movement, pranayama, seasonal nutrition and daily rituals to help you balance and reconnect with yourself.

 

Whether you're just starting out or seeking to deepen your experience I'm here to support you on your Flow & Flourish journey, where you can explore, move, breathe, and truly be present for yourself!

​Over the course of 10 weeks, we will come together as a group, plus you'll have individual 1:1 sessions with me within our experience. These sessions will provide an opportunity for personalized check-ins and tailored support.

Your Seasonal Flow & Flourish Journey Includes:

Virtual Group opening circle and intention setting session to kick off the 10 weeks - 60mins​

This is a small, intimate group of 5-8 women 

​

Bi-weekly Virtual group classes (5 total)

Classes will feature yoga, meditation, stress reducing breathwork and group discussions on seasonal wellness - 75mins

​

​​​5, 1:1 individual deep dives where we will discuss nutrition, daily practices, and hormone health with personalized practices for your toolbox

90mins (Session times/dates will be set to meet your needs, and can be virtual or in-person)

I have been enjoying 1:1 yoga with Jessica for almost 6 years! Every week is a different experience. Every session is unique to me, meeting me physically and emotionally exactly where I needed on that particular day. Jessica asks me a few pointed questions and by the time the hour is over, I feel like a new me! She intuitively puts together the right thing for me at the right moment. Not only that, we discuss my food intake, my goals, my struggles with proper nutrition and seasonal eating.

It's so great to have 1:1 sessions and Jessica as a solid place to land once a week to ground myself in ways that I would not stop to do otherwise.
The yoga is amazing in every way, but this is so much more than the yoga! Highly recommend!
